And I am so thankful for her. She raised me when my mom was sick. She rubbed my back when I was scared. She loves me unconditionally. She is the most amazing woman I know.

Marie and Ryan {wedding}

I love - LOVE - shooting weddings. Who knew? They are exactly what I have been missing from my life.

This one took place in Scottsville, VA, just a 30-45 minute drive from Downtown Charlottesville. Nestled in the mountains,, Marie and Ryan promised to love each other forever!

It was probably the hottest day we had all summer until the storm rolled through, dropping the temperature significantly. The thunder added a majestic soundtrack to the ceremony and that pesky rain wasn't going to stop anyone.
